Keith Pabian is the Founding Partner of Pabian Law, LLC. He is an experienced immigration lawyer who represents companies, organizations, universities, start-up companies, non-profits, and individuals to procure temporary visas, work authorization, lawful permanent residence, citizenship, and other immigration benefits in the United States. Keith’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and entities that are new to the United States. He has also worked with numerous individuals and families to successfully petition for visas and green cards.
Keith was recognized in the 2013 and 2014 Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, a United Kingdom-based publication. He was also awarded the 2012 Up & Coming Lawyer by the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Additionally, in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 Keith was named a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers (published in Boston Magazine), an honor awarded to the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40. Keith is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA).
Arthur R. Kerr II, Esq. is of counsel to the tax law firm Vacovec, Mayotte & Singer, LLP (VMS) in Newton, Massachusetts. Arthur concentrates his law practice in international and domestic taxation which includes offshore and onshore planning and compliance for resident and nonresident individuals and businesses; civil and criminal tax examinations and audits; tax collection matters, workouts and controversies; and planning and compliance for Tax Exempt Organizations. Arthur has extensive experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Tax Court and various state tax authorities. In addition to tax, Arthur’s legal practice also involves business and contract matters including planning and structuring business entities; acquisitions and reorganizations; drafting and negotiating contracts; and advising clients with ongoing business operations.
Arthur is a graduate of Boston University (BA 1983), Suffolk University Law School (JD 1988), and the Boston University School of Law (LLM in Taxation 1997). He is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Tax Court, the United States Federal District Court of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court.
